Ethics are the heart of TCM’s mission, fronting values-based and person-centred resolution. As an expert in ethics and compliance, Neil Fletcher protests and prevents injustice in a plethora of corporations. Globally powered, from Citibank London; BP Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey; and Sandals Resorts Jamaica, Neil redirects corporations’ compasses towards moral goodness and accountability.

Neil Fletcher is an investigations specialist having gained 25+ years of experience working for global companies (in Financial Services/Insurance; Oil & Gas; Construction Materials; and Hospitality), consulting/forensic accounting firms, regulators, military, and law enforcement.

Neil has undertaken and overseen investigations into a wide range of issues/concerns/alleged misconduct for his former employers and for clients in 100+ countries, providing innovative solutions for challenging issues/allegations. These issues include harassment/assault of all types; fraud; bribery/corruption; competition/anti-trust; conflict of interest and theft. He has undertaken FCPA and UK Bribery Act cases in 40+ countries.

Neil is passionate about training and education. He has designed bespoke in-house and “available for all” investigation skills training for all levels of investigators. He has also delivered investigation skills and interviewing skills training for organisations across the world in English and with the use of interpreters.
