With over 20 years of experience in the NHS, Nahida brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for her role as a mediator at The Investigation Company. Her career spans leading transformative projects, such as the nationwide rollout of NHS 111 services, managing complex rostering programs, and contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives as part of the BAME group at the London Ambulance Service.
Nahida has also been instrumental in operational leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic and has conducted numerous workplace investigations, mediations, and roundtable discussions, helping teams address conflicts and reach practical, lasting solutions.
Beyond her professional work, Nahida is deeply committed to fostering inclusive and fair workplaces. In her personal life, she channels her creativity as an aspiring novelist and photographer, fueled by her love for all things sci-fi. Her passion for problem-solving shines through in her enjoyment of puzzles and escape rooms — skills she seamlessly integrates into her practice.
