Commissioned through the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Mark’s military background instilled in him a disciplined, fair, and ethical framework—qualities that underpin his investigative work today. Mark holds an MA in Personnel Management & Development and is qualified in workplace mediation, coaching, and mentoring—skills that enhance his ability to conduct robust, people-centred investigations. As a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), he brings not only technical competence but a strong commitment to ethical practice and continuous learning.
