About Libby Batehup

Libby operates within our Investigation and Audit Services within the Investigation Company. As the Coordinator for this service area she is the first point of contact for our clients, Libby manages all client proposals and RFP’s, liaising every step of the way to ensure that fast and exceptional service is always delivered. Libby works closely with our clients throughout their journey in the Investigation Company by providing dependable business support and forming long-lasting relationships.

With a passion for people, Libby was drawn to Human Resources and its desire to foster a healthy working environment. She has joined The TCM Group from an Employee Relations role where she offered guidance and support to employees and managers on internal policies and procedures. She is skilled in navigating difficult scenarios whilst ensuring best practice and driving positive outcomes. Libby has honed her customer service skills through a diverse professional background and developed a keen ability to anticipate the needs of clients, placing our client experience as a priority.

Libby strives to develop her career at The TCM Group by understanding the varied challenges from a wider workforce, engaging with our outstanding clients and supporting them in getting workplace investigations right the first time. In her spare time, Libby enjoys painting, scuba-diving and being outdoors.
