About Katrina Hinrichsen

Katrina looks after the content and communications for the people services brands of The TCM Group, including The Investigation Company. Her focus is to ensure that its missions and values are effectively communicated, driving meaningful engagement and building lasting relationships.

She is a writer and designer driven by curiosity. This curiosity fuels her passion for understanding and giving a platform to peoples’ stories; delving into what makes them tick, why, and how we can use this to foster strong, positive cultures and communities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Art History from The University of York and a PG Degree in Web Design and Development from The University of London.

Katrina’s diverse experience in MarComms includes supporting Women in Tech international conferences, leading marketing efforts for organisations focussed on systemic racial issues, and serving as an editor for arts and culture publications. In her spare time she enjoys exploring new corners of the globe, watching films, reading about psychology and dabbling in creative pursuits.
