Gemma has 19 years’ experience working in an exceptionally large organisation where she has held roles as Line Manager, Senior Manager and People Partner.
As a Transformation Consultant, Gemma has a huge passion for people and helping them flourish to be their best selves. She has played a key part of the development of the team members with whom she has worked.
