Our experienced investigators begin the process of evidence gathering, including reviewing documents, emails, and other relevant materials. 4. Analysis

After gathering all evidence, we conduct a detailed analysis to ensure all aspects of the case are thoroughly reviewed. We will ensure all key parties have been spoken with, specific policies are reviewed and benchmarked against specific allegations before coming to the findings.

5. Gathering

Gathering evidence in a timely manner is important, particularly if such evidence is time-critical. Some organisations only store CCTV images and footage or records of conversation exchanges, for example, for a set time period and so it is critical that we identify and gather evidence swiftly.

6. Evaluation

Our investigators compile a comprehensive report, summarising the facts, findings, and recommendations. The report is designed to be clear, actionable, and legally sound to support your decision-making process.
