This course is suitable for anyone who may be required to commission or conduct an investigation, with an emphasis on creating an impartial Terms of Reference, interviewing soft skills and an overview of what makes a through investigation report. By the end of the programme, attendees will:

  • Be able to set up and manage an investigation.
  • Possess core key skills such as: active listening; interviewing; funnelling; summarising and note taking; all essential to the process.
  • Understand how a well written report should be structured.
