London Legacy Development Corporation: Neutral Evaluation

The London Legacy Development Corporation is the Planning Authority for Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and parts of the areas surrounding it.

LLDC chose to conduct a neutral evaluation to understand their employee culture and consider future learning points. Evaluations were made on wellbeing, workload and developmental opportunities.
