Steven, a seasoned HR consultant, draws on a distinguished career as a detective in the UK police, including as a Detective Inspector in the NATO mission in Afghanistan, showcasing his investigative mindset and decision-making prowess. His recent successes include delivering impactful investigative programs across Africa, the Middle East, and India, emphasising the skills essential for good practice.
In one of his current roles as a Deployed Civilian Expert for the UK’s Office for Conflict, Stabilisation, and Mediation, Steven is a Senior Police Peacekeeping Adviser in Africa. He actively contributes to advancing peace and security by collaborating with key partners, developing key partner nations, African Union policies, and crafting capacity development activities, particularly in investigative interview skills for challenging environments.
